APT Design, Build and Deploy 200kW N+1 Containerised UPS Solution
The Solution APT Delivered Included:
- 20ft, fully welded, lined and insulated steel container
- 2x 200kW Schneider Easy UPS
- Wall mounted bypass
- 2x External battery cabinets to provide 20 minutes Autonomy
- HTM compliant 10 Year design life VRLA Batteries
- Weatherproof external connection points
- Small power, including 13amp sockets and lighting
- 5kW of cooling to remove UPS heat and Sola gains
- Cargo doors and single door
This solution was build off-site and delivered ready for connection and commissioning.
Story
APT were approached by an NHS subcontractor to submit a design and costing for a UPS solution that could be deployed rapidly at a new NHS facility.
Solution
2x Schnedier Easy 200kW UPS with 2x external battery cabinets each to provide 20 minutes autonomy, all housed within a 20foot ISO container.
Results
APT were able to design and deploy this custom solution in less than 7 weeks. The UPS will ensure the continuity of the critical operations at the new facility.
