APT Support packages have been developed over a number of years and incorporate a sophisticated project management tool, which enables a maintenance contract orders to be implemented from Start to finish. This includes an extensive set of contract tasks and reminders enabling the APT team to efficiently book in preventative maintenance visits and send out RAMS and job details before the scheduled visits, plus reports and recommendations following each visit.
This service contract project template is used in conjunction with Outlook to book in maintenance visits into APT’s service calendar.
